Useless App...Perhaps The Worst App & Software Ever!

I have the Samsung WAM750 M7. Its a terrific speaker that you can now buy for a fraction of the MSRP in open box form. Thats because Samsung screwed the pooch, gave it abysmal software, plus this pathetic excuse for an app.

Additionally there is zero support from Samsung. Their customer support people are earnest, but know nothing about the product.

If you want a standalone Bluetooth or WiFi speaker, the WAM750, 550, and 350 are incredible sounding speakers...and an incredible bargain. Just dont expect a decent multi-room experience, and forget about the app...its simply awful.
