Horrible Business Model

You spend money on Samsung overpriced televisions and sound bars. You have to deal with the worst customer service on the planet (if you can even understand one syllable that comes out of any of their mouths)
AND WHAT DO YOU GET
AN APP THAT IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH APPLE IOS!!!! If you bought the curved 6000 samsung sound bar...
What a horrible company
Apple might as well pull this crap from the store if these other companies refuse to play nice with ios why let them in.
