If you are reading this put the speakers down and walk away. I just returned the speakers today. The speakers constantly disconnected from the app. No support for Apple music or podcasts.

The speakers are okay. Sure they sound good for most but if youre any kind of audiophile youll be disappointed. The app is completely dreadful. Most of the time it works. The problems associated with it abound. Heres an example I had today: Its playing a song from Pandora that Id like to skip. First you have to wait for the app to reload, it always shuts off. As I look at the app it shows that Pandora isnt even playing, so where is the music coming from? I close the app and shut of the wifi...its still playing!!!! Okay, time to call the Vatican, my phone is possessed. As I tap around on the app I get to the speaker screen, it shows each speaker is playing a different song...huh? Somehow I manage to get to one of the speakers on the app and it reloads the data stream, all seems well or so it seems. Next thing I know Im hearing two different songs being played on my speakers, both songs on both speakers, is this really happening?! After tapping here and there all is normal again, whew! Im sure Samsung can fix all the issues the app has, the question is will they? Desperately waiting for an update.

I updated and now it doesnt work. Keeps saying internal server error

Must be having "server issues"... Typical software blunders by the worst software "engineers" in the world!! Avoid these poorly designed and expensive for no reason products!!

Does not work. Samsung tech said it wont work with latest iOS version. Spent $3k on Samsung 65 tv and soundbar. Returning to Bestbuy.

I have trouble with about everything I try to do with this app. The app will not give me a code to connect to Amazon music despite it saying enter the code below... There is no code no matter what I do, it will not show up and I already had it registered. I unregistered it and still nothing. It stopped connecting to Pandora even thought it had been fine. The speaker would not update the speaker until today, saying it could not connect. Guessing server issue on Samsungs end. At one point the app wouldnt even connect to the speaker so I had to uninstall the app, reset the speaker and start all over again fresh. And I still have issues. I guess I will have to connect the speaker by Bluetooth even though it highly recommends using the app and wifi for best sound experience. At this point I will take any sound. I thought the app would be helpful, but apparently its the problem.

This app was working great until the Jan 4 update. Now it will not connect to my Samsung Soundbar. Only plays on device speaker. Needs to be fixed or it is useless.

Wifi setup sees wifi network and asks for password. I enter it and it says it cannot connect. Wifi name has spaces and apostrophe in it, maybe its that, but considering every other device in my house connects to it just fine, its this stupid speaker and app thats the problem. As always, Samsung hardware and software is a total joke. Thats why I dont have ANY other Samsung devices. I figured Id give this R3 speaker a try because it looked cool and sounded OK. Guess Ill be returning it. Total waste of time and money.

App is horrible which is to bad since the speakers are good.

This update is defective. The app can not detect my wifi signal, leaving me a limited Bluetooth signal.

Weve spent hundreds + on a speaker system from Samsung, and then get let down by a barely useable app. Want to play music from iTunes (AirPlay) on a computer? Youll have to download more horrid software from Samsung that barely works, and still doesnt let you just play from iTunes. Thanks for putting out a pathetic app and crippling it to BARELY support anything Apple related.

App not good. Spotify will not play on the Samsung speaker. I have an Iphone 6. Speaker going back. Samsung get ready for a lot of returns! Needs to work better with Apple.

Go through the auto and manual setup and it says set up complete or connected and then wont play on the speaker. iPad and iPhone. Waste of money!

Using the Samsung 360 degree speaker I purchased this works fine. WiFi connected easily with my password. All of the music on my phone played perfect. Amazon music and Pandora work fine. I would like to see Slacker Radio (my preferred source) added to the application and Airplay. But if you want to play your iTunes library just connect your iPhone or iPad via Bluetooth and it works perfect.

Every single review except one have this product rated one star, and use various negative adjectives to describe the product. I need not repeat any of them as I had the same experience. The one review which is all five stars is questionable in terms of where the person has other motivations apart from a rational review of the product. Also, too bad for Samsung, Costco and Apple for not being more realistic in offering both the product and the app. Fortunately, I can get my money back from Costco.

You cant be serious........updating the app deleted all programmed speakers and makes you start all over. Super.

Upgrade firmware and upgrade to this version...it works almost perfect Just here in UAE they dont sell the ceiling mount and thats so stupid but the app is amazing

Samsung has broke surround sound support within the last two updates and nothing will make it work. Tried everything. Nice job guys.
