Now it cant find the speaker at all Garbage

This app is incredibly awful. It does not work with iOS. It will not recognize the speakers despite trying to connect dozens of times. The only way I can use this speaker with my other devices is through Bluetooth and therefore can only use one speaker at a time. So disappointed in this purchase. Speakers themselves are also very base heavy.

Before that update this application was working for me but now it crashes while trying to load. Clearly not an improvement!

Its a real shame Samsung has zero support for this app as their speakers sound wonderful and are a fraction of the price of the Sonos. The choices for music streaming services, at least for Canadians are lacking. Spotify never worked properly, tune in radio is virtually useless to me, and deezer was okay until their free subscription run out, and then it would only play a 30 Second clip of the song. You can listen to deezer for free after the 30 day trial, just not through Samsungs app. I spent an hour and a half with two different Samsung technical support people, they had absolutely no idea what they were talking about. They had me unplugging speakers, system updates, and really never understood their own product. Ive asked to talk to supervisor and then everything with him he admitted they had no training regarding the app and gave me another phone number to call. When I called that number that was supposed to be for the app support it was for Samsung televisions. I finally got an answer through deezsers technical support but it took a while. I have returned my for Samsung wireless play speakers to Best Buy. If there is anybody from best buy or Samsung reading this I will give you my Canadian ticket number; #2140600152 I wasted two hours of my life on Samsung multiroom app. I have ordered $1200 worth of Sonos and wont look back. hopefully he can get their stuff together for the next customer.

Terrible app. No slacker radio support, the Samsung radio app doesnt even work. What cannot it work like AirPlay ? Great speaker but it rally needs an app that isnt bloat ware.

I connected my sound bar and my 2 radiant speaker to the hub and I got a surround system, if find it amazing. Unfortunately my sound bar is much more powerful than the radiant speakers and this application doesnt let me change much (only from -6 to +6) the volume individually, so the sound of the radiant speakers are too low.

Why is it not reliable!!!! Im using the multiple room function on the latest iOS on my phone. Yesterday the deezer kept skipping after 30 seconds of playing song. The tuneInn app kept stopping. Today seems fine... So unreliable! I cant download the Samsung link onto my Mac laptop (not supported) to stream my music onto the speakers. The sound is good for my expectations. The programming of the app is really bad! You people need to improve this asap

Spotify doesnt work anymore. Maybe its due to iOS 8.1.3. Please fix it. Generally the app is one of the worst I tested. It has to be redone from scratch imho.

I have the Samsung WAM750 M7. Its a terrific speaker that you can now buy for a fraction of the MSRP in open box form. Thats because Samsung screwed the pooch, gave it abysmal software, plus this pathetic excuse for an app. Additionally there is zero support from Samsung. Their customer support people are earnest, but know nothing about the product. If you want a standalone Bluetooth or WiFi speaker, the WAM750, 550, and 350 are incredible sounding speakers...and an incredible bargain. Just dont expect a decent multi-room experience, and forget about the app...its simply awful.

It was a little hard to get started, but after trying different settings, it works just fine. As a professional DJ for over 20 years sound quality is very important to me. I hear every nuance in the music and this speaker plays flawlessly. My only negative comment would be that the bass response be a little beefier and the speaker should be portable and rechargeable working under battery power when needed. Good product for a reasonable price.

I downloaded this app to use a new wireless Samsung speaker, This app will not function with my macbook pro/iTunes. Its downloaded, but yet won’t open. I then downloaded it to my iPhone and picked the option to play AmazonMusic through the app (as I don’t have music loaded on my phone). The app freezes at the register page and will not go further. The app cannot be loaded in my new “smart” Samsung TV, leaving me with a speaker that sounds great in the store, but not functional with any of my devices. Tried Samsung tech support, but after 2 hours and 6 different reps, I’ve still got a useless app. Their answer was “everything is functional on our end”. Looking at the reviews, it appears they are wrong.

I bought two of the Samsung wireless R-1speakers, which sound great. To bad Samsung cant make the app work with the speaker with the iPhone app. If you are looking at wireless speakers, you should check out BOSE or another one that has a better functional interface with their product. Bah humbug!

I have a 650 sound bar and two R1 speakers. I tried for weeks to group them in surround mode, with no luck. Samsung support was useless!! Today, for grins, I tried again. For some reason it worked this time. I have no idea why now and not before. two issues now that they are in surround mode. 1-You lose all equalizer control, leaving you with a flat sound with too much mid range. 2- You cannot turn up the R1 speakers loud enough to really hear surround effect. Otherwise, the streaming has worked just fine. The power and sound of the speakers, not in surround mode, has been plenty. They definitely need to improve controllability in surround mode.

Horrible horrible app!! It connects to my M5 hub fine however the only songs it will play is through iTunes and even with that it crashes after every other song totally useless. It will not connect to Pandora tells me there is no Internet available please check will not connect to Spotify and will not connect to Amazon music...really disappointing from Samsung!!!

This system and app are flawless and their coordination is perfect

It connects and controls my 360 speaker just fine. But I can only get it to play music from Pandora. It says I have no music in Amazon and I have problems with my iTunes music as well. Who cares he great it sounds if I cannot access my music?

You spend money on Samsung overpriced televisions and sound bars. You have to deal with the worst customer service on the planet (if you can even understand one syllable that comes out of any of their mouths) AND WHAT DO YOU GET AN APP THAT IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH APPLE IOS!!!! If you bought the curved 6000 samsung sound bar... What a horrible company Apple might as well pull this crap from the store if these other companies refuse to play nice with ios why let them in. What a joke
