Worst App ever

This app is worst, it should have been more intuitive. Because of this dirty app, the great hardware speaker device getting bad! Samsung, please make this app more intuitive. Set up is a mess, especially when we change wireless networks.

Four calls to customer service

No resolution after 6 1/2 hours of time with customer service. Pandora cannot be played through this app. I just wasted $1100 on their products because the only music source I use isnt compatible and I was told it is. You know what Samsung said: Its not out problem.

Feb 2016 App Update has Rendered R7 Useless

While connecting my R7 to Wi-Fi and my mobile device has always been much too cumbersome via this app, it would ultimately connect and work. The Feb 2016 App update however has since rendered my R7 useless as it simply will no longer connect. Calls to customer service did not resolve the issue, therefore Ill unfortunately be returning a great speaker marred by an awful software interface & app.

Sound is Great

The sound is great. Also excellent product when it comes to wirelessly connecting speaker.

Terrible App

The music services are rarely available and the speakers need to be reconnected at almost every use.

Great app but....

I use this app a lot and think having soundcloud would be very useful.

Needs Apple Music support

It has every music service but apples there. I dont know if it just takes time or its pettiness but I wish they would fix that

Pandora

App is good but will not accept a valid userid and password for Pandora.

Its ok

Finally figured out how to use the Apple Music with this speaker its definitely not with this App. You must use the Bluetooth on the speaker to play any Apple Music.

Soundcloud

I really like this, but if only souncloud was in it it would be soooooo bombbbb and I could listen to voice memos from my iPhone. But its really good

So disappointed

The speakers sound great but this app is terrible. The interface is clunky at best. Its not simple and intuitive at all. It doesnt store any settings so each time I launch the app the pairing, equalizer and source has to be reset, not to mention the license agreement. It also spontaneously just stops and disconnects. My advice to Samsung is put some effort into this thing because you have a potentially great Sonos competitor, if it worked correctly. My advice to users is get a Sonos because Samsung seems to have little interest in making this work as simply and seamlessly as it should.

Love the App & the speakers

I have read a lot of bad reviews of the app. To be honest, I had some difficulty getting the speakers to work properly at first. I believe the issue was trying to run the system from my iPhone. I think the internal iPhone wifi antenna was not connecting with my wifi on the other end of the house. However, I have Ben using my iPad now, connected 8 speakers through out my house and it works great. The best part is I have been buying the speakers on eBay for $50 a$75 each. Couldnt be happier with the whole house on the same station or my wife and daughters listening to something different than I am listening to in the garage.

Keeps stopping

With this version, it stops play randomly. While Im playing all songs on shuffle, Ill leave to run an errand and when I return, it isnt playing. Its happened a couple times today, the day after I updated the app. Please fix!!

good app

My father owns everything that is samsung and this app work great, thank you

Used with R-1 radiant 360

Piece of junk. Stops. Drops off. Requires complete re entry of network passwords, hook up to Bluetooth, etc. to get to work after drop off. Bought the 360 at Costco, looks like this is going back to store.
